Ned tries to become a top notch student to get into the 8th Grade. Unless Ned can find a good tutor, he will go to Summer School. Mrs. Splitz plays one of the school staff members who seems to have obnoxiously different personalities, continues to see Ned in her office so he can try to accomplish his goals.
